Salary: £51,450 (including London weighting) plus competitive pension

Job Description

Location is flexible, must work from London office at least once a week and be available as required for in person meetings and events with funders

Over the past nine years, Frontline has leveraged its success to build committed, high impact partnerships with a number of prestigious supporters including trusts, foundations, corporates and individuals. Our fundraising strategy focuses on increasing our network of supporters, growing our fundraising events and identifying and converting new potential funders.

The head of fundraising leads the fundraising team within the external relations division, alongside the marketing and communications teams. The fundraising team is responsible for raising between £1.2m and £1.6m in philanthropic revenue annually, from trusts, foundations, corporates and high net-worth donors. Frontline’s philanthropic revenue complements the contract revenue it receives from central and local government and enables the charity to carry out its broader mission to create social change for hundreds of thousands of disadvantaged children by developing excellent social work practice and leadership.
