A panel event with discussion and insight into race, difference, and why it’s so important that social workers reflect the communities and families that they work with.

Join Frontline and Unlocked Graduates to learn what impact you can make as a social worker or prison officer. There will be an interview with a participant on both the Frontline and Unlocked progammes where they will share their journey and reflections on gender in a typically female dominated sector. There will be a discussion around the importance of gender diversity being celebrated and reflected in social work practice.
