Each year the Fellowship comes together for two days to learn, connect, share ideas and be inspired. The event represents a chance for fellows to come together to reflect on how they can be better leaders for children and families, and have a greater impact on the communities they support. Influential speakers motivate the group, while fellows and other experts in their field deliver workshops on practice, policy and innovation.

Saturday contained a full day of activity, beginning with introductory speeches from Charley Lintern, a Frontline fellow, and Josh MacAlister, Chief Executive of Frontline. Attendees heard the keynote speech from Ann Domeney, Deputy Director of Children and Adults’ Services at Medway Council, before choosing which workshops to attend throughout the rest of the day.
