Andrew has given ongoing support for Frontline since an early stage in 2010. Andrew formerly served as minister for schools and was a senior Number 10 adviser on education.

Charley is our first ever fellow board member. As a member of our inaugural 2014 cohort, she completed the Frontline programme in East London.

Prior to joining Frontline, Vicki worked as a consultant social worker in Hackney, and has been involved in the unit model for many years.

Lisa has worked in in a variety of diverse and broad reaching roles in the social work sector.

Dean has worked in a number of statutory social work settings in both Manchester and London, which includes seven years in a specialist in child and adolescent mental health services team.
