Today Frontline launches a number of new and exciting opportunities for students and graduates in 2015.
From head office internships, to term-time jobs for students and insight days aimed at under-represented groups, we have some exciting openings for those who feel passionate about Frontline’s mission and are keen to enhance their career prospects. We’ll also be recruiting for the 2016 Cohort of our Times Top 100 graduate programme.
Throughout February we’ll be at campuses across the UK giving you the opportunity to ask questions about the range of opportunities we offer. You can find out when we’ll be visiting a campus near you by visiting our events page on Facebook.
So what exactly are these opportunities that we’re offering students?
Brand Manger positions
We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic and proactive people to support our recruiters on university campuses to help us achieve our mission. If you want to make a positive change in society, are confident in connecting and communicating with new people, are self-motivated and take a hands-on approach then we are keen to hear from you.
This summer, we are offering penultimate year students the opportunity to be part of the Frontline head office team for a three-week internship. By joining our team you’ll be making a valuable contribution towards helping to transform the lives of the most vulnerable children and families. We are also committed to helping you to develop a range of transferable skills that will help you to succeed in your future career. Throughout the internship, you will be given support from our team to give you exposure to different experiences and improve your employability.
We have two internships available: one in Brand Development and Research and the other in Marketing and Communications. More information here.
As part of our commitment to recruiting a diverse cohort, we are hosting an Insight Day to address under-representation within the Frontline programme under the Equality Act 2010 (UK). This year we are offering students and graduates from diverse backgrounds the opportunity to find out more about social work – and to meet with representatives from social work.

Graduate programme in children’s social work
From September we will be recruiting more than 100 outstanding individuals onto the 2016 Cohort of our Times Top 100 graduate programme in children’s social work. We’ll be looking for more ambitious high achievers who want to develop their leadership skills and make a real difference to vulnerable children and families. Don’t forget, if you want to gain experience in advance, why not contact one of the charitable organisations listed on our ‘gaining experience’ page.
Best of luck in your applications.
