Understanding Frontline’s entry requirements 7/8
Social work is an intellectually demanding job. Academic rigour is required for training and practice. You’ll have to keep up-to-date with legal frameworks and new approaches as well as write court reports in support of the children and families in your caseload.
Frontline require certain minimum academic standards in order to apply to the programme. We are unable to be flexible with these.
- A 2:1 or higher in your first undergraduate honours degree (predicted or obtained)
- Grade C or above in Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent)
- Eligibility to work in the UK
Applicants must also demonstrate competence in IT as well as spoken and written English. If English is not your first language you may be required to provide evidence of a relevant qualification or test.
