As a graduate intern at Frontline, you will provide essential support to our selection team, from September to March. We are looking for three outstanding candidates who are committed to our mission of supporting disadvantaged children and families through great social work.

Our selection team are responsible for the design and delivery of an efficient and consistent application and selection process for candidates applying to become social workers through the Frontline programme. You will support across all aspects of selection, including relationship management, data analysis, and growing and improving our team and processes. These positions are well suited to individuals who are looking to gain experience of working within the charity or recruitment sectors.

Key aspects of the roles:

  • Supporting with the planning and delivery of assessment centre events
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including candidates and external assessors
  • Facilitating at Frontline assessment centres, providing an excellent candidate experience to support the team to reach the target number of offers
  • Support with wider recruitment team projects such as attending careers fairs to promote the Frontline programme amongst prospective candidates

Based in our central London office, the role will help you develop a range of transferable skills to take into future careers, as well as the possibility of extending your contract or moving into another position with Frontline.
