In their new 10-part series, the PM programme on BBC Radio 4 will be following a real social work case, led by a Frontline programme participant. This is the story of Emily, her three-week-year-old son Harry, and James, their social worker.
“I’d like to think that those listening will gain a better understanding of the role that social workers play in the lives of the families that we support and the lengths we got to, to empower people and create change in their lives.”
It’s really unusual to get an insight into a case in this way, so we really hope you have a chance to listen in. Catch the show each week via BBC Sounds from 5pm. We’ll also be adding the episode clips here. Listen, learn and let us know what you think on social media!
