Alexandra Welch
Alexandra is principal curriculum lead for year two of the Frontline programme and consultant social workers. She has worked in the social care sector for over 14 years in a variety of settings, including children’s residential care, forensic mental health, independent mental health advocacy and safeguarding.
Prior to joining Frontline, she worked as a team leader within Southwark Youth Offending Service, where she led a multi-agency team in delivering interventions to families facing a range of complex issues. She also worked as a teaching consultant for the South East London Teaching Partnership, where she delivered teaching on the social work programmes at Goldsmiths University.
