Prior to joining Frontline as curriculum lead for social work practice and leadership, Emma worked with vulnerable families in Hackney. She spent 10 years working in the unit model as a social worker, consultant social worker and practice development manager across a number of teams.
Emma is interested in developing relationship-based practice in all areas of social work and social worker leadership. Applying a systemic approach and focusing on the most effective ways to bring about positive change for both in families and the organisations in place to help them.
