Simon is Head of Strategy and Planning at Frontline. Before joining Frontline, he supported the setup and growth of various education and social impact NGOs across the World, including years as a management consultant at PwC and COO at Teach For Qatar. His areas of specialism include change management, project management and organisation development.
Meet the rest of my team
Josh is Frontline’s founder and chief executive. Josh is a former secondary school teacher and an alumni of Teach First.
Mark is Frontline’s external relations director. He has spent 13 years working for not-for-profits.
Sam is Frontline’s chief operating officer. Prior to joining Frontline, Sam served as director of development at Teach First, where he worked for seven years.
Mary is the chief programmes officer. She has had over 15 years’ experience in change management, recruitment and communications at both operational and strategic levels.
Allan Brownrigg – Head of Region, North East
Allan is a registered social worker and an accredited psychotherapist and has worked in a range of social work settings.
Lisa is our delivery director and has worked in in a variety of roles in the social work sector.
Vicki Parker – Head of Region, South East and East of England
Prior to joining Frontline, Vicki worked as a consultant social worker in Hackney, and has been involved in the unit model for many years.
Jeannette Adames – Head of Region, London
Jeannette is a registered social worker who has spent her career working with children and families both in the US and UK.
Ann-Marie is Frontline’s recruitment director. She has worked in graduate recruitment for 11 years and has developed extensive experience across selection, marketing and strategy development.
Tracey Ellison – Head of Region, Midlands
Tracey has worked in a number of voluntary organisations including Home Start, MIND and as a manager for a mental health helpline, before working in child protection and children in care social work within a statutory setting for 14 years.
Anoshe is head of programmes for Firstline and coaching and prior to this worked as a project manager on the Frontline programme.
Andrea is the head of human resources. Having developed and set up the HR function for Frontline she has skills and experience in organisation development, recruitment, performance management, and diversity and inclusion.
