In a nutshell, my role involves recruiting participants to the Frontline Leadership Development programme.
In the Recruitment team, a lot of our day-to-day work involves evaluating progress and coming up with innovative solutions to challenges. The team is made up of such a variety of personalities, experiences and skill sets; we all have something different to offer to the team and this means we are able to approach these challenges from every angle. We have the luxury of managing our own area and therefore having autonomy over this, but also being able to share what worked well. Working at Frontline is as rewarding as it is challenging, and it really is a wonderful place to work.
