Pay and Pension

  • Our salary structure is made transparent and we review salaries to make sure they are competive with the charity sector
  • We’ll automatically enrol you into our pension scheme with Aviva
  • We offer 8% employer contribution if you pay 4% too, and you can opt to pay more if you wish
  • You can opt out if you’d prefer not to have a pension at all


  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays + office closes from 25 Dec to 1 Jan
  • Annual leave increases by a day each year you are with us to a maximum of 30
