Pay and pension

  • Our salary structure is made transparent and we review salaries to make sure they are competitive with the charity sector.
  • We’ll automatically enrol you into our pension scheme with Aviva.
  • We offer 8% employer contribution if you pay 4% too, and you can opt to pay more if you wish.
  • You can opt out if you’d prefer not to have a pension at all.


  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays + office closes from 25 December to 1 January.
  • After two years with us, annual leave increases by one day each year to a maximum of 30 days.
  • Buy or sell up to five days annual leave a year.
