Advance Leadership

A leadership development programme, designed for heads of services which support children at risk of harm.

Advance Leadership is Frontline’s latest leadership programme for heads of service and aspirant service leads in children’s social care.

Over a 10-month journey (equivalent to 40 hours of learning), participants deepen their strategic impact, refine inclusive leadership practices and build the confidence to steer their services through reform and opportunity.

Advance Leadership is a national programme, with an annual cohort beginning every Spring.
