Advance Leadership is Frontline’s latest leadership programme for heads of service and aspirant service leads in children’s social care.
Over a 10-month journey (equivalent to 40 hours of learning), participants deepen their strategic impact, refine inclusive leadership practices and build the confidence to steer their services through reform and opportunity.
