Learning from mistakes as social workers

Mistakes in every profession or job role are inevitable, however within the social work sector there can often be a fear around owning one’s mistakes. This will be addressed in this panel discussion as members of Frontline’s Young People Advisory Board, a board of care-experienced young people aged 18-26, explore questions such as: When social workers make mistakes, how should they seek to rectify these? What values will they need to do so?
