Frontline Exchange
The Frontline Exchange is a free annual event for fellows, programme participants and professionals supporting children. It’s an opportunity to hear from experts, share learning and strengthen practice.
This year’s webinars focus on the changes shaping children’s social work, especially the Families First reforms. The reforms aim to make support for children more joined-up, more relational and more focused on early help, with services working more closely together.
Whether you are already implementing these changes or starting to explore them, the Frontline Exchange will help you understand what they mean in practice.
When you attend, you will:
- build a clearer understanding of the reforms and what they mean for your work
- hear from organisations, experts and people with lived experience
- explore how to navigate change in your day-to-day role
