You’ll join participants across the country to
- Build confidence and sharpen your skills
- Learn from social work and academic experts
- Explore tools to support your development
- Connect with peers who are starting out too
This is open to all newly qualified social workers in our partner local authorities – whether you trained with Frontline or not.
What’s included?
The pathway runs across six online learning days, with expert-led sessions and flexible self-directed content you can apply straight away.
Each day focuses on a key topic, from managing responsibility and learning from mistakes to developing court skills, supervision, and planning your future.
You’ll hear from experienced social workers and specialist speakers, with space to ask questions and reflect on your practice.
