Progress

The first of Frontline’s new leadership development programmes, designed for current and aspiring team managers. Places available now.

Great leaders empower their teams to achieve the best possible outcomes for those they support. But managers in children’s services don’t always get the time, expert training and support needed to develop their leadership skills.

Informed by our decade of training experience and tailored to the specific challenges of working with children at risk of harm, Progress equips managers to lead with confidence.
