Frontline Presents gives you the opportunity to hear from expert speakers, as they talk about essential topics centred around keeping children safe from harm.

With each Frontline Presents event you will take away new learnings that you can embed into your practice with children and families, build your confidence around discussing key topics in the sector and generate new ideas you share with your colleagues and wider team.

Check out our first two Frontline Presents below.

Frontline Presents an Evening with John Burnham

For our first Frontline Presents we were joined by John Burnham, as he explored the relevance of the social graces for children’s social work in 2025.

John is a systemic psychotherapist with 50 years’ experience working with children, young people and families. He developed the social graces, an influential tool which explores aspects of social and personal identity such as race, gender, religion and age that have an effect on an individual’s privilege and power in society.

Frontline Presents an Evening with Anna Glinksi

In July 2025, we held our second Frontline Presents with Anna Glinski on child sexual abuse.

Anna is Deputy Director for Knowledge and Practice Development at the centre of expertise on child sexual abuse. She is a qualified social worker and prior to joining the CSA Centre worked within statutory front line child protection and specialist services as a practitioner and manager.
