Elanie is our head of leadership programmes and coaching. Prior to this she was pedagogy lead for the Firstline programme, Headline programme and coaching.

Elanie is our head of leadership programmes and coaching. Prior to this she was pedagogy lead for the Firstline programme, Headline programme and coaching. Elanie’s background is predominantly in the education sector; following a number of roles in secondary school teaching and leadership, she worked at Teach First developing and delivering programmes for trainee and early career teachers.
