Eric Wedge-Bull
Eric is our fellow trustee, giving a direct and current social work practitioner lens to discussions.
Eric qualified as a social worker in our 2018 cohort for the Frontline Programme (now Approach Social Work). He has continued to support Frontline in public recruitment events, through being a deputy consultant and then consultant social worker for Frontline participants, undertaking Frontline’s practice educator assessor programme and working as part of our screening and assessing teams for prospective Frontline applicants.
Eric’s current role is as a practice development practitioner and the joint principal social worker in Kensington and Chelsea, where he focuses on developing relationship based and systemic focused social work practice in the borough. He hopes this lens can also support Frontline to continue remaining oriented to the lives and experiences of children and families and development within the wider social care system.
