Josie is the programme operations director. She has spent fifteen years working in operational management roles within the third sector and previously was the head of programme management at Frontline. Prior to this, she was the strategic head of operational delivery (staffing and programmes) at The Challenge, the UKs leading social integration charity. In her spare time, Josie volunteers as the chair of trustees for an educational trust and charity.
