Rashida Forbes
Head of Delivery (South)
Rashida is our head of delivery for the south of England. She has 17 years of experience working as a social worker within statutory children and family’s social work. Rashida is also a practice educator and has supported social work students and newly qualified social workers.
Before joining Frontline, she was the principal social worker for children and families and anti-racist lead in the London Borough of Brent. Frontline welcomed Rashida this year (2025).
