Tracey Ellison
Head of Delivery (North)
Tracey is our head of delivery for the North. She has worked in a number of voluntary organisations including Home Start, MIND and as a manager for a mental health helpline, before working in child protection and children in care social work within a statutory setting for 14 years.
Before joining Frontline, she was the principal child and family social worker and systemic lead for Stoke-on-Trent City Council. Tracey has been working with Frontline since 2017 and was previously head of region for the Midlands.
