Head of Delivery (South)

Vicki is our head of delivery for the South. She has over 13 years’ experience working in child protection settings.

Vicki is our head of delivery for the South. She has over 13 years’ experience working in child protection settings. She completed her Master’s in Social Work at the University of Nottingham. After qualifying, she embarked on a role at Sheffield Children’s Hospital in the child protection team. She has spent time working with the Children and Family Court Advisory Services to safeguard and promote the welfare of children through the judicial system. Vicki has also worked for child and adolescent mental health services, where she developed her therapeutic skills.

Before joining Frontline in 2014, Vicki worked as a consultant social worker in the London Borough of Hackney, where she led two teams of social workers. Vicki has undertaken the foundation year in systemic family therapy and is exploring a Master’s in Leadership.
