Over 700,000 children in England rely on the support of social workers each year.

These children and their families face some of the worst life chances, but we know that great social work has the power to change this. That’s why Frontline recruits and develops outstanding individuals to be social workers and leaders to transform the lives of the most vulnerable children and families.

We recruit, train and support people to become social workers. This is a unique opportunity for high potential graduates and career changers to make a real difference to the lives of some of the most vulnerable children in England.

Social work managers are the engines for transformational practice in social work. The Firstline programme develops good social work managers into outstanding leaders to give the best possible support to vulnerable families.

To address social disadvantage, we need leaders working across society to create real and lasting change for children and families. The Frontline Fellowship is a community of like-minded individuals, who have all received training from Frontline and are working to change society for the better.
