We recruit, train and support people to become social workers. This is a unique opportunity for high potential graduates and career changers to make a real difference to the lives of some of the most vulnerable children in England.

Social work managers are the engines for transformational practice in social work. The Firstline programme develops good social work managers into outstanding leaders to give the best possible support to vulnerable families.

To address social disadvantage, we need leaders working across society to create real and lasting change for children and families. The Frontline Fellowship is a community of like-minded individuals, who have all received training from Frontline and are working to change society for the better.
Practice
Excellent practice skills are essential for great social workers. We support fellows to constructively disrupt, innovate and challenge within their systems.
Policy
Our fellows have the skills and ability to positively influence policy for the social work profession, and for children and families more broadly.
Innovation
Our fellows connect with each other to explore, develop and test their ideas and initiatives to improve the lives of disadvantaged children and families.
